What a thrilling game between the Phantoms and the Bears! It’s always tough to see a team fight so hard only to come up short, especially when they had the momentum in the third period. The Phantoms showed some real grit coming back from a 4-2 deficit, and it’s impressive to see players like Rhett Gardner and Alexis Gendron stepping up to score crucial goals.
Ethen Frank is on fire right now, leading the AHL in goals! It’s incredible to watch a player find that kind of rhythm. The Bears are definitely a tough opponent, especially being the defending Calder Cup Champs. It’s a shame the Phantoms couldn’t hold on for the win, but they’ve got a solid team and I believe they’ll bounce back strong in their next game against the Marlies.
