Devils' Ongoing Home-Ice Challenges

It's always tough to see a team struggle at home, especially one with the potential of the New Jersey Devils. Their recent home-ice woes are concerning, but I think there's a silver lining here. The fact that they have a new goaltending tandem in Markstrom and Allen is a big step in the right direction. Goaltending can make or break a team's performance, and it seems like they are already showing signs of improvement.

The statistics are telling, too. The Devils have been generating more scoring chances and have a solid expected goals for percentage. If they can translate that into actual goals, especially at home, they could really turn things around. It's all about finding that confidence and rhythm in front of their home crowd.

I also think the pressure of playing at home can sometimes lead players to grip their sticks too tightly, as mentioned. If they can shake off that pressure and play their game, I believe they can flip the script. The season is still young, and with the talent they have, I wouldn't count them out just yet. What do you think? Do you see them turning it around soon?
