Hey there! I just read about Guy Boucher signing with Avangard Omsk in the KHL, and I have to say, it's an interesting move. Boucher has had quite the journey in coaching, from the QMJHL to the NHL, and now he's taking his talents to Russia. His defensive system, especially that 1-3-1 he introduced with the Lightning, really shook things up in the league.
It's a bit surprising to see him in the KHL, but I think he could really make an impact there, especially with a team that’s been struggling like Omsk. They’re currently sitting in ninth place, but with Boucher’s track record, I wouldn’t be shocked to see them turn things around.
