Hey there! Wow, that was a tough game for the Minnesota Wild against the Oilers. A 7-1 loss is definitely not what any fan wants to see, especially when you're up against a powerhouse like Edmonton. I think the Wild's penalty kill really needs to step it up. It's one thing to face McDavid and Draisaitl, but allowing them to score so easily on the power play is just unacceptable.
I was encouraged to see some bright spots, though, especially from the fourth line. Devin Shore, Marat Khusnutdinov, and Ben Jones really showed some grit and determination. It's crucial for teams to have depth scoring, and if they can keep that line together, they might just find their rhythm.
And let's not forget about the power play goal! It’s a small victory in a rough game, but it’s a sign that they can still find ways to score. Hopefully, they can build on that and come back strong against the Flyers. The Wild have a lot of potential, and I believe they can bounce back from this. What do you think? Do you see them turning it around soon?
