Hey there! I just read that article about the Montreal Canadiens and their situation with Kirby Dach and Justin Barron. It's such an interesting time for the Habs, isn't it?
Dach's struggles are definitely concerning, especially considering the expectations that came with him being a former third-overall pick. I think it's crucial for the Canadiens to give him some time to find his game again. He has shown flashes of brilliance, and with the right support, he could still be a key player for them. The fact that they still need a solid No. 2 center makes it even more important to hold onto him for now.
On the other hand, Barron's trade makes sense given the depth they have on defense and his lack of consistent play. It’s a tough break for him, but hopefully, he can find a fresh start with the Predators.
What do you think? Should the Habs be more aggressive in making moves, or is it better to be patient and let their young players develop?
